Our steel meets the highest specifications of the pharmaceutical industry for punches and dies. We order our steel in 100,000 lb. lots, for better control of cleanliness and consistency. The variety of tool-grade steel we offer allows us the flexibility to choose the proper steel for your product. Using numerical controlled equipment, we are able to maintain closer tolerances, greatly reducing grinding time.
CNC milling operations are a secondary machining operation that allows us to add key features with accuracy and uniformity prior to tool heat treatment.
